Puerto Rico's Beautiful Climate

File04Puerto Rico’s climate is among the world’s most agreeable and stable.  Puerto Rico is located in the tropical zone.  Temperatures average 82 degrees Fahrenheit (28 °C).  Here, the seasons do not change much especially when it comes to temperature.  For most people it is summertime all year long.  Puerto Rico’s west coast has a constant sea breeze which gives it a refreshing sensation all year long.  The seaside is always very pleasant.  The dry season is usually from November to May and the “rainy season” takes place usually from June to November. In Puerto Rico most rain showers last 5 to 40 minutes; they typically occur late in the afternoon and are usually soon replaced with beautiful blue skies. But don't be fooled, you never know when it's going to rain. The sunshine hours are about the same all year long.  There is more risk of a hurricane during the late summer months, but that doesn’t affect the locals.  Rarely do hurricanes impact Puerto Rico (since 1508 only 76 hurricanes).  Puerto Ricans like taking their vacation at the beach during the summer months.  There are no rules for Europeans, Americans and the rest of the world, since they visit as much during the summer as during the winter.  Whatever suits your schedule best, a beautiful sun will greet you almost every day
